Guided Meditation Overview

We have created a series of guided IFS meditations designed for you to practice by yourself at home. In these meditations you will be gently led through various processes using the Internal Family Systems model. These processes are important for discovering your various parts as well as anchoring into your Self. Through practicing these meditations, you will learn more about your parts and how they interface with your everyday life so that you can be deeply anchored in your Self. 

Meditations we offer:

Anxiety: In this meditation, you will be guided into connecting with your anxious parts so that you may relax on your own terms.

Accessing Self: In this meditation, you will be guided through the practice of dropping in and accessing Self.

Unblending: In this meditation, you will be guided through the IFS process of unblending. By unblending, you will learn to have a better sense of your parts and how connected you are to Self-energy.

Meditation Bundle

The meditation bundle includes all three of our IFS Meditations on Anxiety, Finding Self, and Unblending. We recommend that you use all three meditations in your Self-Led IFS practice to better understand your parts and anchor deeper into your sense of Self.
